Frequently Asked Questions

What sizes are available?

Our Grip Socks are available in three sizes and are based on standard Australian shoe sizes:

    •    Small – Child (AU 3–5)

    •    Medium – Youth (AU 6–9)

    •    Large – Adult (AU 10–11)

Please note that sizing may vary between different ALFIT products. Always refer to the Size Guide on each product page before purchasing.

Is the sizing accurate?

Yes! Our Grip Socks are designed to fit standard Australian shoe sizes.

If you're between sizes or unsure, we recommend sizing down for a tighter fit or sizing up for a looser fit.

How do I wear my Grip Socks?

Simply wear your ALFIT Grip Socks as you would a normal pair of socks.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer free local pickup from Alkimos, Western Australia.

Simply select Local Pickup at checkout if it's available for your order. Most orders are ready for collection the same day or the next business day.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

    •    Orders placed before 11:00 am (AWST), Monday to Friday, are usually shipped the same business day.

    •    Orders placed after 11:00 am (AWST) will be shipped on the next business day.

    •    Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only.

    •    Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping timeframes are provided by Australia Post and vary depending on your location.

While we dispatch orders as quickly as possible, any delays once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post are unfortunately outside of ALFIT's control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for our products. 

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at mailto:hello@alfit.com.au, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Can my club get custom colours?

Absolutely! ALFIT specialises in custom Grip Socks and Calf Sleeves designed to match your club colours and identity.
