Returns & Refund Policy

At ALFIT, we take pride in the quality of our products.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, grip socks and headgear cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change-of-mind purchases.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@alfit.com.au.

Please include:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item

Once your claim has been assessed, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other appropriate remedy where required.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to a faulty or incorrect item, ALFIT will provide instructions for the return process.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault or does not meet consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law.
